Standard Memory Bear - Made From Loved One’s Clothing
A larger, soft memory bear, lovingly handmade from your loved one’s clothing into a comforting keepsake to hold close. I make each bear in my Middlesbrough sewing room, with care for the memories your garments hold.
Size and clothes needed
Your bear measures approximately 14 inches seated and 20 inches standing. Size may vary slightly depending on the clothing used.
Unlike my jointed bears, this design has fixed arms and legs, giving it a softer, more cuddly feel when held close.
It has black safety eyes, a felt nose and my sewn-in safety label, with soft, hypoallergenic, fire-resistant polyester filling.
Please send around 8–10 baby garments or 1–2 adult garments. You’re welcome to send extra clothing for contrasting colours or fabrics.
I support suitable fabrics with interfacing and preserve meaningful details wherever possible. Let me know about special pockets, logos or names in your order notes. Please contact me before ordering if you have thick clothing or questions about suitability.
Personalisation
Choose with or without personalisation. One additional £10 charge covers one or both feet, including embroidery, printed photos or wording, and printed reproductions of your loved one’s handwriting.

Booking and waiting time
My current turnaround is around 6–8 weeks from booking, before posting or collection.
Need your bear sooner? An Express turnaround add-on is available, subject to availability. Please contact me before ordering to check whether I can meet your date.
Pay in full or book with a £25 deposit. The remaining balance is invoiced on completion and must be paid before posting or collection.
Optional extras
Add a gift box or another keepsake, such as a hanging heart, keyring and more.
I can also make a little top, waistcoat or trousers using your treasured garments to create a dressed look. Message me before ordering to discuss a particular outfit and any additional cost.
Care and important information
Sponge clean gently; do not machine wash. This is a collectable keepsake, not a toy, and is not suitable for children under 14.
Your leftover clothing and fabric scraps are returned with your bear. Tracked Royal Mail delivery and appointment-only local collection in Middlesbrough are available.

Absolutely loved my bears and cushions as did the people whos gives they where. We had 3 bears and 2 cushions made from my late dads clothing. I come across stacey on facebook, (I'm so glad that i did). She constantly kept us updated on the progress of the bears and cushions, sent us pictures of the writing and pictures to make sure we where happy with them before putting them together.
