Memory Bear & Keepsakes Handmade From Loved One’s Clothing

£25 Non-Refundable Deposit

Turn your cherished memories into a handmade memory bear, cushion or sewing keepsake created from your loved one’s clothing 🤍

From memory bears and animals to cushions, stockings and other custom keepsakes, each piece is carefully handcrafted to help preserve special moments in a meaningful and lasting way.

This listing is for a £25 non-refundable deposit only to secure your space in my sewing diary.

How To Place Your Deposit

When placing your deposit, please choose the keepsake you would like made from the dropdown menu above.

Full pricing, measurements and detailed information can be found on each keepsake listing before ordering on my page under SEWING KEEPSAKES: BEARS, ANIMALS & CUSHIONS  

Once your deposit has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your estimated completion time. My usual turnaround time is approximately 6–8 weeks from the date your deposit is paid, though it may be slightly longer during busier seasonal periods, such as Christmas.

You will then receive instructions on how to send your clothing to me. When I am ready to begin your keepsake, I will contact you before starting. The sewing process itself takes approximately two weeks from your start date.

When your keepsake is completed, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Postage will be calculated and added to your final invoice based on the size and quantity of your order. No orders will be posted or available for collection until the final payment has been made.

Shipping & Collection

Postage costs will be confirmed when your keepsake is completed and added to your final invoice.

Local collection is available from Middlesbrough (TS8) once your order is ready.

Once full payment has been received, your keepsake will be carefully packaged and dispatched.

Important Information

Memory bears and keepsake animals are collectable items (NOT TOYS) and are not suitable for children under 14 years. As they are created from pre-owned clothing, they cannot be CE tested.
