At Stacey’s Loveable Keepsakes, all items are handmade with care. Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered.

🧵 Keepsake & Sewing Items

(Memory bears, keepsake animals, memorial cushions and clothing-based keepsakes)

These items are custom handmade from customers’ own clothing and require detailed preparation and sewing time.

Current turnaround time:
Approximately 6–8 weeks from receipt of clothing.

Please note that during busy periods (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day and other peak seasons), turnaround times may be extended. Any changes will be clearly communicated at the time of ordering.

🎁 Personalised Printed Gifts

(Mugs, keyrings, baubles, bookmarks and other printed keepsakes)

These items are usually processed within:

3–5 working days

during standard periods.

🚚 Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24

• Royal Mail Tracked 48

• Occasionally Royal Mail Special Delivery (for higher value keepsakes)

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

📍 Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

• Tracked 24: Estimated 1–2 working days

• Tracked 48: Estimated 2–3 working days

• Special Delivery: Next working day (guaranteed service by Royal Mail)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed during busy periods

📦 Delays & Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact:

We will work with Royal Mail to investigate any delays. Claims for lost parcels can only be processed once Royal Mail’s investigation period has passed.
