Patchwork Christmas Stocking – Keepsake Made from Baby or Child’s Clothes
Bring treasured baby or childhood outfits into your Christmas traditions with a stocking to hang year after year. I lovingly make each one in my Middlesbrough sewing room, preserving familiar fabrics and special memories.
Size and clothes needed
Your stocking measures approximately 47 × 29cm, with your child’s clothing featured on both the front and back.
Please send at least 6 baby or children’s garments. You’re welcome to send more.
I arrange a mix of 3-inch and 6-inch patches to make the most of the clothing’s patterns and details. Larger prints may need careful placement to fit the patchwork.
Choose red or white soft fleece for the cuff and full lining. Please contact me before ordering if you’re unsure whether your garments are suitable.
Personalisation included
Your child’s name is embroidered on the cuff at no extra charge. Please provide the name when ordering.
For additional wording or particular design requests, please message me before ordering.
Booking and waiting time
My current turnaround is around 6–8 weeks from booking, before posting or collection.
An Express turnaround add-on is available, subject to availability. Please contact me before ordering to check your date, especially if needed for Christmas.
Pay in full or book with a £25 deposit. The remaining balance is invoiced on completion and must be paid before posting or collection.
Optional extras
Add another keepsake made from your treasured clothing, such as a hanging heart, keyring and more.
Care and important information
Handle gently and follow the care guidance on your stocking’s sewn-in label. Each stocking also carries my Stacey’s Loveable Keepsakes logo label.
This is a collectable keepsake, not a toy, and is not suitable for children under 14.
Your leftover clothing and fabric scraps are returned with your stocking. Tracked Royal Mail delivery and appointment-only local collection in Middlesbrough are available.
