Memory Highland Cow Keepsake - Handmade from Loved One's Clothing

Personalisation

Please enter your personalisation details here. If you've selected a printed photo or handwriting, I will contact you after purchase with details of where to send your image or scanned handwriting. If no personalisation is required, please type "None".

A larger, soft and cuddly Highland cow, lovingly handmade from your treasured clothing. I create each one in my Middlesbrough sewing room, making a comforting keepsake to display or hold close.

Size and clothes needed

Your cow measures approximately 12½ inches seated and 17 inches standing, with fixed arms and legs for a soft, cuddly feel. Size may vary slightly depending on the clothing used.

Please send at least 6–8 baby or children’s garments, or at least 2 adult garments. Extra clothing is welcome for contrasting colours and patterns.

Signature fur and fleece are included: soft Antelope fur for the Highland fringe and tail, with Antique Cream fleece for the horns, nose, inner ears and foot pads. Your clothing forms the rest of the keepsake.

Prefer clothing throughout? Select “Clothing Only – Opt Out”. Both fabric choices cost the same.

Each cow has black safety eyes and my sewn-in safety label. Fabrics are supported with 100% cotton interfacing, with soft, hypoallergenic, fire-resistant polyester filling.

Mention special pockets, logos or names in your order notes. Please contact me before ordering about thick clothing or fabric suitability.

Personalisation

Personalisation is an optional £10 extra for embroidered names, dates or a short phrase, printed photos or wording, including reproductions of your loved one’s handwriting on the feet.

Booking and waiting time

My current turnaround is around 6–8 weeks from booking, before posting or collection.

An Express turnaround add-on is available, subject to availability. Please contact me before ordering to check your date.

Pay in full or book with a £25 deposit. The remaining balance is invoiced on completion and must be paid before posting or collection.

I can also make miniature clothing using your treasured garments. Message me before ordering to discuss an outfit and any additional cost.

Care and important information

Sponge clean gently; do not machine wash. This is a collectable keepsake, not a toy, and is not suitable for children under 14.

Your leftover clothing and fabric scraps are returned with your cow. Tracked Royal Mail delivery and appointment-only local collection in Middlesbrough are available.
