Reserve your October or November sewing space today. Christmas Early Booking spaces are limited and once they're fully booked, this listing will show as SOLD OUT. If I have a sewing space become available, I'll reopen the listing.

Whether you're planning a meaningful Christmas gift or a special keepsake for yourself, Christmas Early Booking allows you to secure your place in my sewing diary in advance while also receiving FREE personalisation with every keepsake reserved.

This listing is for a £25 non-refundable booking deposit to reserve your Christmas sewing space.

Planning more than one keepsake?

If you're planning to order more than one keepsake, you only need to pay ONE £25 booking deposit regardless of how many keepsakes you'd like made.

Simply leave the quantity as 1 and let me know in the notes at the checkout:

• Approximately how many keepsakes you'd like.

• Which keepsakes you're planning to order.

• Any add-ons you're already considering.

• If you would like to be contacted if an earlier sewing space becomes available.

Don't worry if you haven't decided every little detail yet—we'll finalise everything closer to your making date.

Christmas Early Booking gives you the opportunity to reserve your preferred  Booking Month, helping to ensure your keepsake is ready in plenty of time for the festive season.

🤍 Earlier Availability

If my sewing diary changes and I have the opportunity to complete your keepsake earlier than your chosen booking month, I'll happily offer the space to customers who have asked to be considered first.

If you'd like to be considered for an earlier sewing space should one become available, simply let me know in the Notes at Checkout.

If you'd prefer to keep your original October or November booking spaces that's absolutely fine too.

🎄 What Happens Next?

Once your booking deposit has been received, your Christmas sewing space will be reserved.

All Christmas Early Booking keepsakes are scheduled for completion from mid November to the first week of December or sooner, ensuring they're ready in plenty of time for Christmas.

Nearer your chosen booking space month, I'll contact you to:

🤍 Finalise your FREE personalisation.

🤍 Arrange for your clothing to be posted or dropped off.

🤍 Confirm your estimated completion date.

🤍 Your keepsake is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail

🤍 You'll then receive an invoice for the remaining balance when your keepsake is completed.

Shipping & Collection

Postage costs will be confirmed when your keepsake is completed and added to your final invoice.

Local collection is available from Middlesbrough (TS8) once your order is ready.

Once full payment has been received, your keepsake will be carefully packaged and dispatched.

Important Information

Memory bears and keepsake animals are collectable items (NOT TOYS) and are not suitable for children under 14 years. As they are created from pre-owned clothing, they cannot be CE tested.
