Turn your cherished memories into a handmade keepsake with a custom memory bear, keepsake cushion, or soft toy made from your loved one's clothing. Whether it’s a baby’s first outfit, a passed loved one’s clothing, or a sentimental fabric, I will carefully craft a unique keepsake for you to treasure forever.

This listing is for the deposit only, allowing you to start the process of ordering your personalised memory keepsake.

How It Works:

• Pay a non-refundable deposit of £25 to secure your order.
• IMPORTANT: Add only ONE item to your cart to pay a single deposit. In the "Note to Seller" section at checkout, list the type and quantity of keepsakes you want to order and if you would like any personalisation on your items. This prevents paying multiple deposits.
• Choose from a variety of handmade keepsakes, including:
  • Memory bears
  • Keepsake cushions
  • Memory animals (bunnies, elephants, dogs, and more)
  • Personalised keepsake gifts
• Customise your keepsake with embroidered names, dates, printed wording, or a photo.
• You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and an estimated completion time (6-8 weeks). A follow-up email will provide instructions for sending in your clothing.
• Once I receive your clothing, I will handcraft your keepsake with care and attention to detail. The process takes approximately two weeks from the start date.
• You can make changes to your order until you receive an email or Facebook messanger notification that I am starting your order.
• When your keepsake is completed, I will send an invoice via email or Facebook Messenger with a full cost breakdown and the remaining balance due.

Shipping & Local Collection:

• Final payment is due within 28 days of receiving your invoice.
• At checkout, you will have the option to pay for postage or select local pick-up if you prefer to collect in person.
• Once payment is received, your keepsake will be shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (tracking provided).
• Local collection is available in Middlesbrough TS8 for those who select the pick-up option at checkout.

• All memory bears and keepsake animals are collectable items (NOT TOYS) and are not suitable for children under 14. Since they are made from pre-owned clothing, they cannot be CE tested.
